Job summary

Ardán seeks a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to define, develop, and oversee regional sales and marketing programs in collaboration with the Regional and Sales Managers. The role focuses on prospecting, establishing Westcor-approved independent agents, and maintaining profitable, high-quality, compliant relationships.

You will manage ongoing agent relationships, assess market opportunities, and lead education initiatives with the legal department.

Qualifications

• Develops and administers regional sales and marketing programs.
• Assesses marketplace opportunities and pursues prospects.
• Terminates or changes agent relationships as needed.
• Instructs agents on company online tools and reporting.
• Lorges liaises between company and agents/trade organizations.
• Plans educational seminars with the legal department.
• Supports office staff with directions and information.
• Drives profitability, quality and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop agency relationships and manage regional portfolio.
• Review agent operations regularly with emphasis on risk control.
• Coordinate with regional and sales managers on programs.
• Prepare agency terminations or cancellations when necessary.
• Develop promotional materials and training resources.
• Assist in educational initiatives for agents and trade groups.
