Job summary

Hillsdale College seeks a Field Recruitment Specialist to manage a regional recruitment territory and support the Admissions Office with evaluation of applications.

You will conduct high school visits, host admissions events, interview prospective students, and build relationships with families and influencers to connect students with Hillsdale College. Travel 2x per year and meet yearly goals set by the Director of Field Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and ability to perform the job.
• Maintain high-touch communication with prospective students, families, and influencers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting territory, including fall and spring travel seasons.
• Conduct high school visits and participate in college fairs.
• Hold regional interviews and host regional Admissions Receptions.
• Meet with prospective students and influencers; conduct travel-related outreach.
• Record and maintain accurate records of student contact and applications.
• Present admissions information at on-campus events and complete reads of applications.
