Job summary

The Regional Advisor II, under direction, develops and implements admission, financial aid, and early outreach strategies that enhance the identification, recruitment and enrollment of prospective students. Serves as mentor and trainer for other staff and serves as lead on select recruitment programs.

This role requires traveling to local and state workshops, coordinating with high school counselors, and advising families on aid options to support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of financial aid programs and regulations.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities
