Apex-Healthcare is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator to lead and manage a Florida SNF in Lake Worth. This full-time role requires strong operations oversight, staff leadership, census development, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as an SNF Administrator in Florida and hold an active Florida NHA license in good standing. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Proven experience managing skilled nursing or long-term care operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility
• Lead and support department heads across nursing, admissions, social services, rehabilitation, dietary, environmental services, and business office operations
• Maintain high standards for resident care, customer service, and facility operations
• Monitor facility census, admissions, staffing, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain strong clinical operations
• Recruit, develop, and retain effective department leaders and staff
• Establish clear expectations and accountability across departments
• Maintain ongoing survey readiness
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and facility requirements
• Oversee plans of correction and follow-up initiatives when necessary
• Monitor quality measures, resident satisfaction, staffing performance, and operational outcomes
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, employees, referral partners, and the local healthcare community
• Support admissions and census development initiatives
• Review budgets, labor, expenses, and facility performance
• Partner with ownership and regional leadership on operational goals and performance improvement

Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator

A skilled nursing facility in Lake Worth, Florida is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator / Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations and oversee the day-to-day performance of the building.

This opportunity is for an established SNF leader with a strong understanding of Florida skilled nursing operations, staff management, census development, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
