You will support leadership with administrative initiatives, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies while assisting with purchasing and expense management.

The role requires 2+ years in administrative or operations roles, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
• Experience coordinating regional programs and initiatives.
• Ability to maintain compliance with policies and record-keeping requirements.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support regional leadership with administrative and operational initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate regional administrative operations and business support functions.
