Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Regional Branch Administrative Manager on the East Coast to lead branch office support staff, coach client service teams, and partner with operations to drive advisor satisfaction and growth.

This role requires 2+ years in brokerage/financial services, FINRA licenses (Series 7/66) or completion within 90 days, and travel up to 40%. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred, with strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge.
• Experience with both W2 and 1099 advisor models.
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch office support staff, including compensation and performance management.
• Foster coaching and development focused on advisor satisfaction.
• Develop branch admin staff hiring strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Drive continuous improvement in branch admin operations.
• Act as liaison between advisors and service teams to address issues.
