Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Regional Branch Administrative Manager on the East Coast to lead Client Service Associates and branch support staff, aligning operations with advisor needs and company goals. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and scaling the branch office network to support national growth.

You will partner with the National Branch Manager, oversee hiring strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the admin vertical.

Qualifications

2+ years brokerage/financial services knowledge
FINRA Series 7/66 or completion within 90 days
2+ years experience with W2 and 1099 advisor models
Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year
Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

Manage branch office support staff with compensation, performance, time management, and capacity planning.
Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development for advisor satisfaction.
Develop hiring strategy to attract, onboard, and retain top talent.
Drive continuous improvement in the branch admin vertical to meet advisor needs.
Act as liaison between advisors and service/operations; oversee case managers for complex issues.
Lead staff training programs and identify program improvements from feedback.
