LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Regional Administrative Manager to lead the East Coast branch office support staff and collaborate with advisors, service and operations teams. The role oversees Client Service Associates, drives talent development, and partners with the National Branch Manager on program design and implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years brokerage/financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days.
• 2+ years knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models.
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch office support staff, including compensation, performance, time management and capacity planning.
• Foster a culture of coaching, learning and development with a focus on advisor satisfaction.
• Develop branch office support staff hiring strategies to attract, onboard and retain top talent.
• Drive continuous improvement in the branch admin vertical to meet evolving advisor needs.
• Act as liaison between advisors and LPL service and operations; oversee case managers handling complex issues.
• Lead staff training programs for skill advancement and career progression.
• Collaborate with the National Branch Manager on admin vertical program design and implementation.
