Guardian Life in the United States is seeking a Regional Account Manager to independently manage an Executive Benefits book of accounts, serving as the primary liaison for clients, brokers, wholesalers, and internal teams. In this role, you will independently manage a book of accounts and serve as a key relationship partner for clients, brokers, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle of each case. This position requires strong organization, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to deliver effective enrollment and service solutions that support both customers and business partners.
As a Regional Account Manager, you will report to the Manager of Enrollment and Account Management, who reports to the Head of Executive Benefits.
Location: Open to Remote or Hybrid option.
Salary Range: $68,970.00 - $113,310.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
