We are representing a manufacturing group that is rapidly growing throughout GA and the USA! They are seeking a Regional Account Manager responsible for revenue growth in a defined geographic territory, focusing on aftermarket parts sales, equipment modernization programs (EMP), service contracts, and New Equipment Sales. Strategic territory management is required to grow sales revenue, increase market share, and convert competitor installations.

Must be familiar with air blast equipment and its operation or equivalent mechanical experience — applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to increase market share, deepen existing account relationships, and expand aftermarket business.
  • Apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value across all customer levels.
  • Use company resources effectively through strong planning and opportunity qualification.
  • Coordinate with regional agent networks to develop business and establish new strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, engineering, applications, service teams, and brand representatives to align efforts and grow the business.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and equipment data in the CRM system.
  • Provide weekly activity reports, itineraries, territory forecasts, and timely expense reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Travel 70–80% of the time.
  • Manage schedule and prioritize activities for maximum impact.
  • Comply with all relevant Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of outside industrial sales experience.
  • Familiarity with blast equipment or comparable mechanical systems required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and sign confidentiality agreements.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%).
