Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Virginia territory. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% local travel and focuses on selling Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

You'll inherit an established book of business while building your pipeline, manage proposals in Salesforce, and represent Ethos

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, mixed in-person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business within the Virginia territory.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Our Sales Team is growing and seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business opportunities across the Virigina territory. You'll sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. This remote, field-based position requires up to 25% local and regional travel for client meetings and business development. Our ideal candidate resides within the assigned territory or, preferably, near a major metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a full-time, remote & field-based role. Up to 25% travel, including 2-3 overnight trips per quarter. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
