Job summary

Critical Environment Technologies Canada Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead account management and sales growth across the Central Region, spanning parts of Canada and the central United States.

The role focuses on maximizing CET revenue by growing and managing a roster of dealers and specifying engineers, ensuring they have what they need to succeed. Preferred locations include Vancouver/AB/IL/CO/AZ/TX/MN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working with dealers and specified building products in roles like application engineer or technical sales.
• Experience with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls and related building products.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth & Strategy: develop and execute a plan to increase revenue, market share, and specification activity.
• Market Development: engage engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through events and trainings.
• Dealer Relationship Management: build strong dealer relationships and grow CET sales.
• Issue Escalation: assist Customer Success with product expertise and relationship management.
• Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding: identify, recruit and onboard high-potential dealers and engineers.
