Responsibilities:

  • This position is a US based remote role.
  • New Logo Acquisition: Be the hunter who pursues new sales, showcasing Triose solutions as the transformative answer to their needs.
  • Drive Million-Dollar Strategic Deals: Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar deals large regional and enterprise accounts . Utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner.
  • Strategic Prospecting and Pipeline Building: Take charge of your pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential enterprise clients as well as working on qualified demand that our marketing engine generates.
  • Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of both quantity and quality in your pipeline.
  • Exceeding Sales Quotas: Make quota attainment not just a target but a habit. Bring a hunger for success that propels you to consistently exceed expectations. Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time.

Education:

  • Requires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a relevant discipline

Work Experience:

  • Normally requires a minimum of seven (2)+ years related and progressively responsible experience within supply chain logistics

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics is required
  • Experience in selling solutions in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Industry preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, for the purpose of preparing and executing plans, leading discussions, and meetings internally and with clients, generating reports and disseminating information
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative business relationships, internally and externally. Thorough understanding of contract development, implications, obligations, and management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise sales environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations
  • A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a hunger to maximize commission earnings
