YOUR ROLE

mymediset is a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the Med Tech industry seamlessly integrated with SAP. Our fast-growing global company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to join our team. We specialize in delivering world-class cloud and mobile solutions to manage field inventory across the Med Tech and Life Science Industries.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Regional Account Director to join mymediset North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the medical technology sector, contacts in the Medtech space, and experience with SAP systems. This role requires strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, loan and consignment business models, and the ability to provide consultative sales expertise to MedTech organizations.

As part of our team, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with MedTech companies in your assigned region and delivering solutions that meet your clients' needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industry.
  • Identify and engage with medical device manufacturers and distributors.
  • Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management, and order processing in an SAP environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the SAP and/or system integrator sales teams.
  • Present and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributors.
  • Demonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models, providing insights on how they can benefit clients’ supply chain operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goals.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 5-7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of SAP supply chain and order management systems in a sales operational or consulting capacity.
  • SaaS knowledge: Proven ability to sell or work with SaaS-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with consignment inventory models and their application in MedTech.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical solutions.
  • Existing network within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.

Ability to work and stage deals to close on the planned month/quarter.
