Pediatric Therapies Hawaii seeks a Regional Manager – ABA in Maui to lead the ABA service line, balancing direct clinical work as a BCBA with operational leadership to drive quality, outcomes, and growth. You will supervise all ABA staff, ensure compliance, manage workflows, and partner with the COO on strategic priorities, while developing referral networks and expanding access to care.

The role requires active BCBA certification, Hawaii licensure eligibility, and at least five years of BCBA

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification and Hawaii eligibility to practice.
• At least five years of BCBA clinical experience.
• Proven ability to lead, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership as a BCBA and supervise ABA staff.
• Oversee ABA operations: scheduling, caseloads, staffing, productivity, and patient flow.
• Develop and implement ABA workflows, standards, and metrics.
• Drive business development through referral growth and community outreach.
• Partner with COO to translate organizational priorities into ABA priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
