Job summary

Pediatric Therapies Hawaii LLC is seeking a Regional Manager – ABA in Maui, Hawaii. The role blends clinical leadership as a BCBA with operational oversight of the ABA service line, ensuring high-quality patient care while driving growth and staff development.

You will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff, manage scheduling and workflows, and build relationships with physicians and community partners to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Five (5) years of BCBA clinical experience preferred.
• Eligible to practice BCBA in Hawaii; strong leadership and interprofessional collaboration would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical leadership as a BCBA, balancing patient care with ABA service growth.
• Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff; set performance expectations and provide coaching.
• Oversee ABA operations including scheduling, caseload, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Develop referral relationships and community partnerships to expand ABA services.
