Job summary

PHI Health in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an experienced A&P-licensed aircraft mechanic with 2+ years of certified maintenance to keep our helicopter fleet mission-ready. You will review maintenance needs, perform repairs, and certify work per FAA requirements.

This role requires travel to field bases, night shifts at times, and a strong commitment to safety. We offer a competitive compensation package with a sign-on bonus up to $65,000 and a 5 & 2 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review and perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual issues affecting schedule or crew.
• Maintain field-base aircraft and manage stock levels of spares.
• Certify work on aircraft logs and maintenance forms per FAA and PHI Health.
• Maintain RAMCO entries and coordinate with AMBS and other teams.
