Job summary

PHI Health is seeking an FAA A&P-licensed aircraft mechanic with at least 2 years of maintenance experience to join our life-saving helicopter fleet. You will work on airframes and powerplants, perform field-base maintenance, and help ensure airworthiness so we can respond to emergencies with precision and reliability.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and expect travel between bases on a 7-on / 7-off schedule.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certificate with both airframe and powerplant ratings.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience as a certified mechanic.
• Basic computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily maintenance/inspection requirements and perform tasks to maintain airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring changes or extra resources.
• Maintain field-base aircraft and manage stock levels for repairs.
• Ensure safety and security of all assets and complete logs and forms per FAA/PHI Health standards.
• Calibrate tools and manage RAMCO entries and work packages.
