Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive the distribution of our small market 401(k) solution in partnership with Chase Business Bankers. You will provide tools and insights to help clients build stronger retirement plans and better outcomes for participants.

You will collaborate across teams, manage the sales cycle, and guide onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and a lasting client relationship in a dynamic retirement solutions environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial sales experience.
• Proven track record selling Investment Management and/or Retirement plans.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships across entire organization and with partner firms.
• Familiarity with financial markets, retirement space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and Series 63 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive 401(k) pipeline and sales growth in a geographic region with Chase Business Bankers to small and micro market clients.
• Engage with Bankers and leaders to align activities and promote 401(k) recordkeeping solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations from Initial thru Finals, guiding onboarding.
• Manage meetings, proposals, pipeline management, follow-up items and activities.
• Engage with bankers for effective client engagement from point-of-sale through duration of relationship.
• Partner with Client Advisor to plan and manage the territory.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships with JP Morgan Relationship Managers.
