Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management division seeks a skilled sales professional to drive the small market 401(k) solution distribution in partnership with Chase Business Bankers in Columbus.

You will provide tools and insights to help clients build stronger retirement plans and better outcomes for participants. You will lead the sales process, prepare client presentations, manage pipeline, and collaborate across the organization to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

2+ years of financial sales experience.
Proven track record in selling investment/retirement plans.
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
Ability to learn industry and product knowledge.
Capacity to build relationships across the organization.
Familiarity with financial markets and retirement space.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) within 120 days.

Responsibilities

Drive 401(k) pipeline and sales growth with Chase Bankers to small/micro market clients.
Engage with bankers to align activities for shared goals and optimize results.
Prepare and deliver client presentations through onboarding and implementation.
Manage sales process: meetings, proposals, pipeline, follow-ups, etc.
Engage with bankers for effective client engagement from sale through relationship.
Partner with Client Advisor for territory planning and collaboration.
Assist in maintaining client relationships with Relationship Managers.
