Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking experienced Regional Managers to oversee all travel center locations in their region across the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West. You will drive profitable sales, support operations, and coach a team of Store Managers.

Relocation within the specified regions is preferred. The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven ability to build a customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service with financial results.
• P&L accountability in high volume retail.
• Strong customer service and customer-focused culture.
• Excellent people management and team leadership.
• Willing to relocate region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all travel center locations in the region and drive profitable sales.
• Provide operational support and ongoing coaching to Managers in the region.
• Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and teams.

Job Description

Our Regional Managers oversee all travel center locations in their region and are responsible for driving profitable sales in the stores. Along with operational support, Region Managers must also recruit, train, and maintain their team by providing ongoing coaching and development to the Managers within their region. We are currently looking for candidates located within and/or willing to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West areas.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
• Great people management skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed
