Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Region Manager to lead the field sales team across your territory, driving sales with bottlers and retailers, and delivering on quarterly and annual targets through focused execution of joint business plans.

You will implement national and local marketing programs, cultivate high level bottler relationships, recruit and develop top sales talent, and leverage CRM and market data to grow share and profitability in your region.

• Lead market sales team to achieve annual business plan. Develop joint business plan, execution of quarterly sales and marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities and measure performance indicators within the assigned geography.
• Attract, recruit, develop, and retain sales talent for the organization.
