Pizza Hut in Midland, TX is seeking a Region Coach to oversee operations of assigned restaurants, focusing on quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales. You will recruit, retain and develop Area Coaches and their teams, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will lead strategic initiatives, analyze systems for continual improvement, and ensure compliance with safety, marketing, and HR standards. A strong track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership is required.

Competenze

• Associates Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience.
• 4+ years multi-unit leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Work and field experience may be considered in lieu of education.
