Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Region Coach to lead restaurant operations across a multi-unit area, ensuring quality, service, inventory, sanitation, and sales objectives are met. You will recruit and develop Area Coaches, monitor expenditures, and implement standards and improvements to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; 3 years restaurant management experience minimum.
• 4+ years multi-unit leadership experience with direct reports.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but work/field experience may be considered.
