Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of computer skills and software relevant to the construction materials industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, lead, and mentor others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including making presentations.

Responsibilities

Supports business growth under the Executive Vice President's direction, while fostering a positive workplace culture and representing the company in community and corporate initiatives.

Wage Starting: $140,000

Responsibilities

1. Develop and coordinate operational and commercial aggregates plans throughout the region.
2. Develop, implement, track, and coordinate key performance indicators for aggregates sales and operations across the region.
3. Collaborate with regional leadership to support and promote corporate safety, operational, and commercial goals.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with seven years of progressively responsible management experience in a construction materials setting.
2. Experience managing aggregate production facilities.
3. Proficient knowledge of computer skills and software relevant to the construction materials industry.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, lead, and mentor others.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including making presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in mining, construction, engineering or related field with ten years of experience in construction materials settings.
2. Significant knowledge of construction materials operations with emphasis on math and analytical skills.
