Job summary

Kehoe-France Northshore is seeking a dedicated preschool staff member to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment. You will support curriculum aligned with Reggio Emilia inspired teaching, document student progress, and collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure developmental goals are met.

Required are a High School Diploma and safeguarding compliance; familiarity with Seesaw and iSams tools is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Federal criminal background check covering the last 10 years of employment.
• Knowledge of Type II state regulations and safeguarding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure learning environment at all times.
• Supervise children in classroom, playground, field trips, and transitions.
• Report observations and incidents to appropriate staff promptly.
• Foster nurturing, respectful relationships and emotional well‑being.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Reggio Emilia inspired practices.
• Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs and developmental levels.
• Document student progress using observations and samples to reflect development.
