Job summary

The Marlene Meyerson Jewish Community Center of Manhattan invites applications for a full-time Nursery School Teacher at the Saul and Carole Zabar Nursery School on the Upper West Side. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in a related field.
• Relevant experience in early childhood education.
• Willingness to learn about the Reggio Emilia approach and Jewish values as they pertain to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teaching teams across the Nursery School.
• Support observation and documentation of children’s learning.
• Be open to additional responsibilities as needed by the Director or Associate Director.
