Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Tissue Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Ability to conduct organized experimental work and maintain detailed records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information in written and verbal formats.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while receiving mentorship and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory work, including sample preparation, processing, characterization, and testing.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of laboratory experiments supporting regenerative tissue product development.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize experimental data using scientific and statistical methods.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of new product concepts, prototypes, and manufacturing approaches.
• Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and research documentation.
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and quality system requirements.
