Job Description: Job Summary The Research & Development Intern will support the development of one or more next-generation regenerative tissue products being developed at Ostoegenics Biomedical. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in commercial product development. The successful candidate will contribute to laboratory research, experimental design, testing, data analysis, and prototype evaluation. This role is ideal for a Master's or PhD student seeking industry experience, though recent graduates and individuals who have already completed advanced degrees are welcome to apply. If your academic program offers internship credit, we are willing to work with your institution to help satisfy applicable requirements.
Direct exposure to commercial product development in regenerative medicine. Hands‑on experience translating scientific concepts into commercially viable products. Opportunities to execute experiments that influence real development decisions. Mentorship from experienced R&D professionals working in a regulated medical product environment. Exposure to product testing, product design, process development, and commercialization activities. Experience building technical skills highly valued in industry R&D careers.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or PhD degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Tissue Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
Ability to conduct organized experimental work and maintain detailed records.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in written and verbal formats.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while receiving mentorship and guidance.
