Job summary

Noble Research Institute, LLC is seeking an Instructional Designer who applies adult-learning principles to design educational products with subject matter experts. You will address real-world challenges facing farmers and ranchers and help share stories of regenerative land stewardship with diverse stakeholders.

You will design, develop, and test content across face-to-face, virtual, and online formats, including guides, e-learning, and blended curricula, while collaborating with SMEs,

Qualifications

Formal instructional design principles and ADDIE knowledge.
Experience creating both in-person and online educational materials for adults.
Experience with agricultural education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop educational products with subject matter experts.
Conduct needs analysis and document learning outcomes.
Create participant and facilitator guides, e-learning content, and blended solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training materials.
Test and iterate designs to ensure alignment with learner needs.
