Job summary

Noble Research Institute, LLC is seeking a Ranch Manager to oversee assigned ranch operations and support regenerative ranching practices. You will make operational decisions to improve soil health and profitability, while communicating and reporting data to support research needs and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include leading teams, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring safety and compliance across ranch activities.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Will consider a bachelor's degree in a related field with no work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading others: planning for budgeting and staffing to ensure effective resource management.
• Guiding and supporting individual and team performance and development.
• Building trust and fostering a productive, efficient culture.
• Maintaining inventories of animals, feed, medicine and forage; reporting livestock production and profitability.
• Managing ranch operations including scheduling and budgeting; coordinating with staff at other locations.
• Maintaining and using farm equipment, performing preventive maintenance.
• Driving Institute/personal vehicles as required; adherence to safety policies.
• Providing daily care for livestock, including health monitoring and adherence to BQA guidelines.

Education
