Job summary

  • Reviews alleged compliance violations and escalates to executive leadership as needed.
  • Coordinates local training requirements and reviews foreign travel requests under government authorizations.

Job Summary

Provides guidance related to regulatory matters | Maintains relationships with regulatory bodies and agencies and has significant expertise in industry regulatory matters | Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities | Prepares and sponsors testimony to governmental or regulatory agencies

Essential Functions
  • Reviews policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Tracks and interprets laws or regulations impacting the business and offers suggestions to functional managers seeking to ensure compliance.
  • Conducts periodic tests and audits of organizational operations.
  • Conducts initial reviews of alleged compliance violations and escalates to executive leadership as needed.
  • May also:
    • Coordinate local training requirements to ensure that site personnel are aware of their obligations under approved government authorizations and regulations governing their activities.
    • Review and approve foreign national site visits and international business travel requests
Additional Responsibilities

RCS-Gov't Property Admin is responsible for end-to-end record keeping for real & personal gov't owned property | Knowledge of the mgmt of gov't owned equipment and familiarity of FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS 252.242-7005 clauses | Utilizing the Property Mgmt function in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) to transfer & receive property, create disposition inventory schedules, create UII's in the IUID registry, & create property loss cases

Required Qualifications
  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Other: Knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Arms Export Control Act (AECA)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Decision‑making skills. Problem management. Oral and written communication skills. Problem/situation analysis. Analytical thinking skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel Requirements

25‑50% travel likely.
