Essential Functions

• Responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provides counsel to senior leadership.
• Identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts key documents, presents clear recommendations to top management, and assures legal compliance.
• Assists or represents the organization in business negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• Required education and experience: J.D. Degree and 10-12 years' experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Other: State Bar membership required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Compliance management. Due diligence. Issue resolution. Legal document review. Legal research. Legal writing.
