Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Refurbishment Technician II for our Norristown, PA warehouse to refurbish filtered water systems, including bottle-less coolers, ice machines, and coffee brewers. You will manage equipment testing, repairs, and inventory, reporting to the Refurbishment Production Manager.

Ideal candidates excel in hands-on refurbishment, basic computer skills, and teamwork, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting production goals. The role is full-time and on-site.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Refurbishment Technician II for our warehouse in Norristown, PA to perform refurbishment service work on our filtered water systems, including bottle‑less water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This includes inventory of equipment and parts, maintenance repairs, and equipment refurbishment. The Refurbishment Technician II reports to the Refurbishment Production Manager.

• Equipment testing, troubleshooting, scrap processing, equipment washing, equipment rebuilding, new equipment preparation.
• Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity.
• Use Quench ERP system to transact activities.
• Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility.
• Track equipment and parts inventory.
