Job summary

Culligan Quench in Norristown, PA is hiring a Refurbishment Technician II to service and refurbish bottled water systems, ice machines, and related equipment in our warehouse. You will manage inventory, perform repairs, and ensure equipment is ready for deployment to customers.

The role reports to the Refurbishment Production Manager and requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proactive with the ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Equipment testing, troubleshooting, scrap processing, equipment washing, equipment rebuilding, new equipment preparation.
• Achievement of productivity metrics required for each assigned activity.
• Use Quench ERP system to transact activities.
• Follow best practices in maintaining a safe work environment and facility.
• Track equipment and parts inventory.
• Perform work neatly, effectively, and consistent with established standards of performance.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Refurbishment Technician II for our warehouse in Norristown, PA toperform refurbishment service work on ourfiltered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This includes inventory of equipment and parts, maintenance repairs, and equipment refurbishment. Refurbishment Technician II reports to the Refurbishment Production Manager.
