Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a manufacturing or refurbishment environment with demonstrated ownership of process improvement.
• Comfortable working directly on the shop floor in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Own continuously improve refurbishment processes for filtered water systems.
• Design and implement scalable, repeatable processes that improve safety and quality.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S implementation.
