Job summary

Tive is hiring a Refurb Operations Associate to support the Tive Green program, refurbishing devices and reducing waste. You’ll process materials, assist in inventory and ERP tasks, and help scale refurbishment with care and efficiency.

The role offers office-based or hybrid work options, with a focus on procedural accuracy and teamwork within a global operations team.

Responsibilities

• Process material for refurbishment as part of the Tive Green program.
• Load and unload charging bays.
• Clean and prepare returned units for processing.
• Package units for use.
• Receive material into the ERP system as needed.
• Support process improvement activities for Refurbishment and Tive Green.
• Assist Operations Associate level II, as needed: sorting incoming material for receiving.
• Complete processing tasks under direction.
• Assist in routine inventory management.

As the Refurb Operations Associate , you will help us grow and improve the Tive Green program. This initiative is designed to consciously reduce waste generated by the shipping and logistics industry. Through relentless iteration we aim to make the lifecycle of our product environmentally friendly through reuse. Your work in this role will allow our program to accept and refurbish a larger number of devices with care and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process material for refurbishment as part of the Tive Green program (including the following):
• Loading and unloading charging bays
• Cleaning and preparing returned units for processing
• Packaging units for use
• Receiving material into the ERP system, as needed
• Support process improvement activities for the Refurbishment and Tive Green programs.
• Assist Operations Associate level II, as needed:
• Sorting incoming material for receiving
• Completing processing tasks under direction
• Assisting in routine inventory management

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Spreadsheets or data entry
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with production control systems (ERP), is a significant plus

Compensation:

$21.00 - $22.40 USD per hour
