The RSS Caseworker will work as part of a team to provide individualized, employment-adjacent case management services to ORR-eligible individuals and their families, including both newly arrived refugees and those who have been in the U.S. for less than five years. This position will work to identify barriers and a plan to mitigate them, connect clients to community resources, and coordinate services that support employment, economic stability, and self-sufficiency. Through ongoing assessment, advocacy, and collaboration with other JFCS staff as well as community partners, the RSS Caseworker will help clients achieve their goals and successfully integrate into their communities.
