Qualifications

• MSW or Master’s degree in Social Services or equivalent; required with 2+ years in program management.
• 2+ years in program management or as a director of licensed childcare program.
• Foster care or refugee/immigrant services experience preferred; bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead or collaborate with supervisors and QA staff to ensure program excellence.
• Attend staff meetings and provide weekly supervision to staff and interns.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and ensure programs stay within approved margins.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, licensing and accreditation standards.
• Develop and update program manuals and trauma-informed care practices.
• Engage with referral sources and community partners to strengthen service delivery.
