Job summary

World Relief Western Washington (WRWW) seeks a Support and Integration Caseworker to assist refugees and immigrants as they settle into a new community. The role emphasizes culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management, including housing, employment, healthcare, and education navigation.

You will coordinate referrals, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver holistic services and timely support. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with refugee and immigrant populations.
• Ability to read and write proficiently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management to support self-sufficiency and integration.
• Assist with housing, employment, health care, and education access.
• Conduct intake, assess eligibility, and develop service plans with participant goals.
• Coordinate referrals and access to community resources and public benefits.
• Serve as a cultural liaison and advocate within the community.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in WRWW databases.
