Job summary

Dunkin' APS Investments is seeking a skilled Refrigeration/HVAC Technician to join our installation, maintenance, and repair team. You will inspect, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial refrigeration/HVAC systems to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

You will work across multiple storefronts, perform preventative maintenance, and handle high-speed ovens (Turbochef and Adamatic/Belshaw) as needed to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing light commercial rooftop HVAC units (5–10 tons).
• Troubleshooting medium-temperature refrigeration systems, walk-ins, and reach-ins.
• Maintenance of high-speed ovens (Turbochef, Adamatic/Belshaw).
• Routine filter changes, belt replacements, coil cleanings and calibration across storefronts.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, service and repair refrigeration/HVAC systems.
• Maintain safety and efficiency to minimize downtime across locations.

You will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial or industrial refrigeration/Hvac systems. Your ultimate goal is to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Requirements

HVAC Systems: Servicing and repairing assorted light commercial rooftop units, primarily ranging from 5 to 10 tons.

Refrigeration Units: Troubleshooting medium-temperature refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and reach-in line coolers.

Specialized Cooking Equipment: Maintaining high-speed ovens (such as Turbochef and Adamatic/Belshaw multi-deck ovens) and commercial toasters.

Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine filter changes, belt replacements, coil cleanings, and temperature calibration across multiple assigned storefronts.
