Requirements

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and testing equipment
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment
Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment
Complete property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and equipment
Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities comply with local codes, safety standards, and regulations
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to complete projects efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and design principles
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Proficiency with industry tools and equipment, including electrical diagnostic tools, welders, and plumbing equipment
Experience with appliance or commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses preferred
