Our Maintenance Team

The backbone of any organization is a dedicated team. Our maintenance teams keep things running smoothly, our business in motion, and our customers successful. Our Ammonia Refrigeration Technicians are committed to ensuring stability and optimal performance within our cold storage areas. We focus on safety, preventative maintenance, and cost-saving initiatives.

Technicians will inspect, monitor, and maintain all ammonia refrigeration systems, as well as operate and maintain facility heating and air conditioning systems. We provide a clean, organized parts room and heavier specialty tools; you just need to bring the basics. Join a skilled team that values respect, expertise, and professional growth!

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Pay: Based on experience, ranging from $28.11 to $42.35, plus incentives and night shift premium
• Additional performance incentives of $2.50 - $4.50 per hour
• Night shift premium
• Annual $500 tool allowance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred certifications: RETA, HAZMAT, CARO or CIRO
• At least two years of experience operating anhydrous ammonia systems or HVAC/R experience, or equivalent education and training
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations, and experience writing PSM
