Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to oversee the operation, upkeep, and diagnostic repair of large refrigeration units. You will manage daily documentation, handle urgent mechanical/electrical fixes, and participate in PSM activities while using CMMS to track work orders.

Job requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and an ability to work in varied temperatures. Weekend or extra hours may be required to support the team and ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration preferred; RETA certification preferred.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) protocols is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends or extra hours when required.
