Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Systems Engineer to own a subsystem or small product program end-to-end. You will apply heat transfer, thermodynamics, and thermal management knowledge to develop high-efficiency HVAC systems and electronic controls.

You will lead testing, analyze results, and coordinate documentation, while collaborating with Marketing, Design, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 3+ years in design/manufacture of products.
• 1+ years experience with refrigeration design, heat transfer, or electronic control systems.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Owns a subsystem or small product development program from concept to release.
• Provide expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics and thermal management analyses.
• Develop and execute testing and qualification for systems and components.
• Review test results and modify equipment to meet specs.
• Coordinate engineering documents and release; mentor technicians and designers.
