Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HVAC systems experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of HVAC systems experience.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Thermodynamic modeling and optimization of chiller systems.
• Collaborate with technology and marketing to launch production.
• Develop chiller architectures meeting product requirements.
