Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. The role includes troubleshooting rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps, and maintaining service records.

Ideal candidates have ~3+ years of experience, a strong understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to read technical documents. A valid driver's license and travel to job sites are required.

• Maintain accurate service records of work performed and parts used.

We are looking for an experience HVAC Technician to do preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service findings and recommendations.

Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and system conditions.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.

• ~3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role.
• ~ Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• ~ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• ~ Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• ~ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.

Familiarity with digital service tools and mobile work order platforms.

Hourly Rate : Up to $50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
