Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Customer Service Engineer - Refrigeration to service CTU units including freezers, refrigerators, incubators and climatic chambers. The role involves working in a GxP regulated environment, possibly accessing ATEX and other regulated areas, and collaborating with the CSE team on site to diagnose, repair, calibrate and document activities.

• Proven work experience as Refrigeration/Cooling Appliances Repair Technician or similar.
• Valid authorization to work with refrigerants in industrial applications.
• Business proficiency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, knowledgeable repairs of customers’ appliances.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Communicate benefits of Value-Added Services to the customer.
• Author maintenance and calibration protocols in line with ISO, USP, etc.
• Support on-site with fellow Customer Service Engineers for frontline assistance.
