Job Title: Senior Refrigeration Service Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ

What the Role Involves:

As a Senior Service Technician in Refrigeration, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems in supermarkets, convenience stores, and food service establishments.

• Respond to customer needs communicated by Dispatchers, Lead, and Manager
• Troubleshoot and perform work on rack systems, self-contained cases, HVAC units, and VFD operations
• Restore equipment to proper operating specifications
• Communicate follow-ups with Dispatch, Lead, and Manager
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete paperwork and customer documentation promptly
• Maintain truck inventory levels
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 5-7 years experience in HVAC, supermarket refrigeration, and EMS systems maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal Tech)
• Valid State Driver's License

• Knowledge of supermarket refrigeration and energy management systems
