Qualifikationen

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• This is a full-time hourly position; candidate must work all shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends.

• Understand the basic refrigeration and steam process and flows.
• Understand system control set points and safe operating parameters.
• Monitor conditions and alert technicians or supervisor for corrections.
• Understand normal system conditions and steps to alert for adjustments.
• Follow safety systems and maintain communication with maintenance and operations.
• Follow food safety and good manufacturing practices.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
